1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. - After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the item (as per our return policy).
2. Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for:
- Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame.
- Defective or damaged items (with proof provided within 48 hours of delivery).
- Wrong product received.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale/discounted items.
- Customized or personalized clothing.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. How to Request Cancellation/Refund

- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation/return
- Supporting images (if product is defective/damaged)
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong/defective items.
- For returns/exchanges (not due to damage/defect), customers bear the return shipping cost.
